Jillian van der Merwe
Founder & COO

With over 30 years of industry experience, Jillian van der Merwe is the visionary founder of the company. Her extensive career began at Eskom, where she worked across multiple departments, gaining in-depth expertise in the energy sector.

During her tenure at Eskom, Jillian held key roles, including in the pricing department, where she specialized in tariff design, and as a Key Customer Executive, managing large corporate clients. Leveraging her deep technical and regulatory knowledge, she identified a market opportunity to assist businesses with expert electricity advisory services.

Driven by her passion for the industry, Jillian established the company to provide strategic guidance and solutions that empower clients to navigate complex energy landscapes. Her leadership continues to shape the company’s success, ensuring excellence in service and innovation.

Managing Director

Juandre joined the family-founded company in 2016, bringing fresh vision and innovative leadership to drive its future growth. With a strong passion for finance and strategic leadership, he is dedicated to strengthening relationships with employees and clients while leveraging the latest technologies to enhance the company's success.

Frandine Diedericks
Office Manager

Frandine joined our team in 2017 as an Executive Personal Assistant. Her dedication, drive for innovation, and commitment to the company’s growth quickly set her apart. Through her proactive approach and leadership, she advanced to the role of Office Manager, where she plays a pivotal role in ensuring operational efficiency.

In addition to overseeing office operations, Frandine manages our clients' municipal dispute portfolio, working closely with the CEO and founder to resolve complex challenges. Her ability to adapt and grow alongside the company's success, combined with her unwavering professionalism, makes her an invaluable part of our team.

Senior Meter Specialist

Hendrik has been a dedicated member of our team for over a decade, playing a crucial role in our utility management division. With meticulous attention to detail, Hendrik ensures that over 10,000 meters are read accurately and on schedule every month.
